Meet The Team

Katie has been involved with Sporty Minds from the start, and now uses her specialist knowledge, research, professional background and passion for supporting people to be able to overcome adversities. Katie runs her own CIC Ordinary Magic, and is passionate about supporting vulnerable children in Sports.

Andy heads up the Sporty Minds activity calendar and facilitates the events throughout the year. He founded his own community interest company (C.I.C), Inclusive Sports Academy, and has over fifteen years of experience in the sports industry.  Andy is the contact point for all enquries sent to Sporty Minds. 

Caitlin joined the social sector after completing her bachelors degree at the University of Salford studying Multimedia Journalism. Caitlin produces multiple marketing strategies for social media, a as well as building and operating multiple websites and platforms. Caitlin is currently completing her Level 5 Leadership and Management course with SCCU.
